**Step 6: Fill Out the Custom Conversion Form**

- **Name:** Give your conversion a clear name, for example, ei_Purchase or ei_Lead
- **Data Source:** Select your EasyInsights Pixel
- **Action Source:** Choose Website
- **Event:** Select the specific event you want to create a custom conversion for (e.g., PageView, Purchase, or any custom event)
- Under Rules, choose URL Contains or URL Equals

  - Enter the part of the URL that corresponds to that event’s success page—for example /thank-you, /order-confirmation, or the page path users land on after that event fires
  -  This tells Meta to treat visits to this page along with the selected event as a conversion.
- At the bottom of the form, you’ll see a checkbox that says “Enter a conversion value”.

  - It’s usually better to leave this unchecked unless you want to assign a fixed value to every conversion manually.

**Step 7: Save It**

Click Create, and you're done! Meta will now track conversions when the chosen event fires and the URL   rule matches.
