I'm having trouble getting administrator-level access. Every time I request access, I encounter this error: "Error: Access request failed due to an unknown error." On the side of the person granting access, everything appears normal, and it seems like access has been granted. However, in reality, I only have view-only mode. We've attempted removing and re-adding the user, and even experimented with providing access to different email accounts, but the problem persists - only view-only mode. How can I resolve this error, and where should I seek assistance for this issue?
