    Imagine I have two websites:

    Test site: URL = test.producta.com/
    Live site: URL = producta.com/
I've configured the stream URL in GA4 to be producta.com/, but it's collecting and displaying data for the test website. I can't exclude test traffic by IP or hostname since it's an internally used site, and all company staff access the live URL. Ideally, I'd like to exclude traffic from "test.producta.com/" in the property settings, but I'm unsure how to do this. Have I configured something incorrectly? Thanks!

The Stream Name and Stream URL settings in GA4 are purely for identification purposes and do not affect incoming data. To cease data collection for "test one," you need to remove the Data Stream from your domain. While in Universal Analytics, this could have been accomplished using a View Filter, GA4 is currently lacking this capability.
