How to get correct conversion rate in GA4( no of people downloaded file from product page)

    Hi,

    I have a software website. And I want to know among all the people who visit a product page, how many people download the file(make the conversion).

    I am using GA4.

    I click "Library" and then click "Conversion", then choose "File Name" as the default primary dimension.I can then see different file names listed in the first column.

    THen I add "Session conversion rate" and "User conversion rate" to metrics. But the result shows that for a specific file, these two conversion rates are always 100%. Why?

    I think that is impossible that the conversion rate is always 100%.
