I have several properties that cannot be removed because they are connected to GA4, even though they shouldn't be. Some of these properties are empty with no history.

Additionally, I'm encountering difficulties in removing them from my WordPress site. The system is indicating that I lack the necessary permissions, despite being the administrator.

You can separate properties between Universal Analytics (UA) and Google Analytics 4 (GA4) through the Analytics platform directory, rather than within the WordPress interface.

Furthermore, if you happen to be a Site Kit user (although you didn't specify the plugin you're using), encountering permission issues is normal when you lack access to the linked property. If you're facing such issues and are a Site Kit user, consider disconnecting the Analytics module, and then reconnecting it to a property you have proper access to.

While I'm not certain about the plugin you're utilizing, it's possible that as a Site Kit user, even if you're listed as the administrator, you might not have access to the connected property due to changes in the associated Google account within Site Kit. For instance, if you initially connect Analytics through Site Kit and later connect the AdSense module using a different Google account, Site Kit may switch to the AdSense-related account, which may not have access to the Analytics property.

Please let me know if you're using Site Kit, and I'd be glad to provide further assistance.
