What are the instructions on setting up a scheduled email in GA4?

It used to be present in Universal Analytics but cannot find it in GA4 yet

This facility is not available in GA4. However, you can share the report (but only people who have relevant access will be able to see the report), and download it as a pdf. Screenshot's below for your reference -
