After setting up GA4 for our organization's websites and not having any custom events yet, I noticed two events named "Click" and "click" under the 'All events' tab. The only distinction between them is the capitalization of the letter 'C'.

Since these events are reporting different figures, I am uncertain which one provides an accurate report on clicks on the website.

The lowercase "click" event in GA4 appears to be related to outbound clicks. If it's not necessary, you have the option to disable it. You can make use of this link - support.google.com/analytics/answer/9216061?sjid=6676864535134035129-AP

On the other hand, the uppercase "Click" event is likely an event that you or your coworkers set up or implemented using GTM or dataLayer on the website.
