Controlling your personal information
How do we protect the data and how long do we store them?
Only those of our employees, who on behalf of their work are entitled to process customer data, are entitled to use the system containing personal data.
We store the data as long as it is necessary for the purpose of processing the data. Personal data in the Customer, Stakeholder and Marketing register is erased after the claim period related to a specific customer, stakeholder or service relationship has elapsed. This period would be ten (10) years
To whom do we disclose data, and do we transfer data to any other party?
We will not sell, distribute, or lease your personal information to third parties unless we have your permission or are required by law to do so. We may use your personal information to send you promotional information about third parties which we think you may find interesting if you tell us that you wish this to happen.
What are your rights as a data subject?
You may request details of personal information which we hold about you under the Data Protection Act 1998. You have the right to demand rectification or erasure of that data. We correct or erase such data without delay to ensure no incompatible, outdated or inaccurate personal data is stored in the record taking into account the purpose of the processing. A small fee will be payable for such requests.
