The Challenge

Leverage Edu was facing significant challenges in campaign optimization due to broken data. The brand used two different CRMs to collect user data, which made it difficult to track the complete customer journey.

This resulted in data silos and operational inefficiencies. Some of the key challenges the faced:

    With two CRMs in place, the customer journey was split across systems, making it difficult to maintain a unified view of the customer.

    The same customer often existed in both CRMs with mismatched attributes such as different email IDs, missing phone numbers, or incomplete profiles.

    Attribution Problems:

    Leverage Edu struggled to identify which campaigns were actually driving revenue. Broken data led to incomplete signals being sent to ad platforms, causing inefficiencies and wasted ad spend.

The Solution

EasyInsights helped Leverage Edu by bridging both CRMs into one clean signal system for marketing and analytics.

    By connecting journeys across both CRMs from ad click to Sales closure. We enabled full-funnel visibility. This allowed ad platforms to optimize on actual revenue-driving events instead of just leads.

    We implemented Conversions API (CAPI) to send unified events server-to-server from the CRMs to ad platforms. This delivered clean, deduplicated signals, improved attribution accuracy, boosted ROAS, and reduced wasted ad spend.
